Tiffany Turner MSc

DIRECTOR

Tiffany has over 20 years' experience in commercial management, project delivery and client representation across the superyacht, defence and property sectors.

Her career has included roles in rural and commercial property, renewable energy and defence, where she developed extensive experience in contracts, negotiation and client representation. She achieved Chartered Surveyor status through RICS and has managed complex projects involving consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders, including work with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (Ministry of Defence).

Tiffany's involvement in the superyacht industry began working as crew in her early twenties, including time aboard S/Y Hemisphere, whose international cruising programme took her from the Mediterranean to the South Pacific. This gave her first-hand experience of yacht operations and the expectations of owners and guests.

Most recently, Tiffany held a Business Operations Manager role within an independent superyacht management company, with responsibility for yacht operations, major refit management, commercial and contractual oversight, and owner's representation. Her role also encompassed new-build project management and the planning and delivery of international superyacht regatta campaigns.

At TURNERS, Tiffany focuses on commercial and operational consultancy, client representation and project management. She brings extensive experience in managing complex projects, coordinating stakeholders and representing client interests, complementing Justin's technical expertise.
